Return & Refund Policy:

• We have 10 days return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Return is only allowed for;
1. Incorrect order 
2. Factory defect or damaged

• Return is not allowed for ‘change of mind’ and for any size issues (Please must check our size chart before ordering). 

• To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and it’s in original packaging. You will also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

• We offer Cash on Delivery service, however if you have made any advance payment please allow us 10 – 15 days to process your refund request.

• The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products.
