You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once the order is place. For international product, orders are normally processed within 18-21 days. Please note, cancellation of the order is not allowed during the processing time or before the delivery.

Please keep in mind; if you cancel during the processing time or before the delivery, you must have to compensate 50% of the product value.

Advance Delivery charge of BDT150 will be required to confirm the orders outside Dhaka only.
